Ben was amazingly supportive, really patient and understanding to people's abilities and needs. The practical content of the course was really educational but some of the materials from the theory work felt childish and overly simplified

This was the first time I had been on a Sherwood RPI course, it was informative and appropriate for our services

The specific hold and breakaway training was done very well, it was thorough and repeated enough times. I feel confident knowing I can safely do these holds. The theory part is long and I feel some elements are repeated a lot throughout.

Really enjoyed Ben’s enthusiasm, really enjoy that there is a focus on making sure the young persons best interests are the priority. Also enjoy that there is a section on health risks. It would have been better to have the 3 days all together.

The PowerPoint was incredibly repetitive and found a full morning of classroom work incredibly hard to remain focused. However the trainers worked really hard to make it engaging.
