RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,245 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Very engaging and interesting course. All trainers were very professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions. RPIs were well demonstrated and supported and 1:1 support was given, specifically for those who were finding it difficult. Workbook was brilliant with lots of opportunities to take notes, discuss the content and share as a group throughout the three days.

I thought that the course went really well! The content was interesting and was presented in an easily digestible way. The information provided was given in an informative way, and provided all the detail that was needed. The few questions that I had were answered a few slides later!
