Really good course. Personally I feel I have learnt a lot of relevant knowledge and information from both practical and non practical sessions. I feel confident enough to take them into any situation should I need too following on from the Training given by Matt.

Very informative , I have definitely learnt alot about reasons of behaviour , and that there is always a reason for the behaviour being displayed . All of the restraint techinuques were shown in a way we can all understand and learn and mat was very patient with all student . Thankyou

I liked that they focus more on understanding behaviours of concerns and how to avoid escalations and physical intervention this i have been given many tips and scenarios of these situations
