Very useful and definitely needed in practice as past experience, it would have been more helpful in those situations. It makes all the staff on the same page when needed to do any restraints.Response : Hi Nicola. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the training useful and relevant to practice. Your comments about consistency across staff are appreciated, and we hope that attending the course will further support you within your role.

Thorough and informative course. Well educated and experienced trainers. The trainer's were respectful and asked for consent when it came to physical contact. It would have been nice to have the breaks outlined at the start of the day. Otherwise, very enjoyable course.

Course was very good . It was very helpful with the new skills that I learned today. Very effectively to practice on my own ward with the patient and I feel confident using them.

I think the training and the trainer were brilliant and very informative, I feel much more confident in restraining if I need to ever, I feel the techniques are great and they don’t require any force, just require good communication and correct techniques, which I feel very confident in doing now.

Good Descriptions of Holds, When to best utilise them, and the limitations/Risks associated with holds. Fun Knee Instructor. Humourous without feeling the course wasn't being taken seriously. Led to feeling invested in the course greatly.
