Fantastic course, with good content that was tailored to the people we support. Jack was very engaging and knowledgeable. Some bespoke physical restraint holds are required due to person uses a wheelchair. Discussed with Jack.

What a course, this is first course l was really looking forward to get to since day one. Well executed, well presented.
