The trainers were all lovely and very engaging people with great insights and knowledge. They didn't miss a beat when responding to even more difficult questions. I really appreciated the form about health issues in accommodating my injury and the one-one talk beforehand about it, then their understanding whenever I needed to sit down. Not being accommodated since my injury has been one of the most frustrating elements of this year. I also found that I could use a fidget without any special notice from the trainers (or maybe I was just discreet about it). I also appreciated their transparency. I believe there isn't as much material in the coursebook provided as there is in the PowerPoint so I would definitely like the inclusion of that in the course.Response : Hi Alexis.
