Attendees particularly value the trainers’ knowledgeable, approachable delivery, which uses lived experience, humour and relatable case studies to make Positive Behaviour Support memorable. Interactive discussions, group work and the clear exploration of behaviour as communication, cues, triggers and de-escalation help attendees reflect on their practice. They leave with practical strategies, a useful workbook and greater confidence to apply person-centred approaches at work and in everyday life.
