Very informative, learned so much that i didn't know and it was very fun ,have a lot to take away with me and looking forward for the next course.

This course was absolutely amazing,and I am taking away the arousal graph which will improve the way i support my patient as an enhanced observation of care team member.Ben did absolutely amazing and he was successful in impacting the knowledge.

It was a great experience spending the day with Ben today during the absolutely interactive day he led teaching us in a fun filled environment about Positive Behaviour Support. This was an eye opener session for me in certain ways, especially in the fact that our perspective and perception affects our patients and the care we provide a lot. The biggest message was “Behaviour is a form of communication” and we shouldn’t judge others by their behaviour without seeing the full picture. Ben was absolutely fantastic! Thank you very much!

This has been one of the best courses that I have ever attended After working in healthcare for 32 years I wish this course had been available at the start of my training!
