The course was well structured and Liam tailored it very well to our professions and was very un and friendly. He was also very accommodating for me as a neurodivergent person who was stimming and slightly overstimulated. He is a great trainer and i would love to have him teach more sessions to me in the future.

The course was really interesting and has given me a lot to think about and a lot to put into my own practice. Georgie was really engaging and made the day enjoyable and fun; her attitude to teaching us made me want to learn
