Behaviour of concern course is very educative. I will use it on my day to day work and support on the ward towards my patients

Didn’t know what to expect for today’s course, but really enjoyed it. I now appreciate the valve of asking my patients just 2 simple questions to get to know them. Room feedback - to small for the amount of people in it. Bigger room needed, felt squashed

It was very impactful and I now understand better why people behave the way they behave and how I can help them better

I learnt something great today. People don’t just act up, they go through a list of processes and it is important to understand why and provide the best care. Overall, this is a really good course and an eye opener. Every staff should be doing this training.Response : Thank you for such a powerful reflection. It is incredibly encouraging to hear that the course helped shift perspective and deepen understanding. Recognising that behaviour is a process, not just an isolated action, is a vital step toward compassionate and effective care. We are so glad the training felt like an eye opener and that it resonated strongly. Your comment about every staff member doing this training speaks volumes. Thank you for sharing your insight and enthusiasm.

Kirstie was fantastic in the delivery of the course and her teaching. I learned valuable knowledge and skills which will be transferred into practice. Kirstie’s session was engaging and inspiring and this has developed my clinical practice and skills for future. Thank you!

Great course and greater trainer. Definitely going to remember that there are cues that I can look out for before the behaviour of concern becomes more serious and I can try to distract/ de-escalate verbally rather than avoid.
