As always, a fun and engaging session. I learned a lot and some of the material was challenging and fascinating. Great participation too, these sessions always feel so inclusive.

This was a very well planned and well delivered course. The facilitator took us through the material at a pace that allowed time for conversation and practical activities, without time being wasted. I would thoroughly recommend this course as a great way to focus you on time management and actually making time for these discussions and putting practical strategies into place.

Jo has ben an excellent course facilitator and has provided lots of advice to help both individual and group needs. The training met objectives and it was good that all of the group were actively involved. Thank you.
