Really good course at a good pace

I was pleasantly surprised about how good the day was and how well it met the needs of the group. The right balance between useful input and drawing out insights and questions from the group and individuals.

A reflective day making me evaluate my own understanding and practice and giving some good tools to use in having perhaps more difficult discussions.

Time to undertake breakouts could be shortened and lunch could be shortened.

Think the 2 hour lunch break is unnecessary.. but enjoying the course, makes you think and informative, been fum today as well...
