The teacher was very knowledgeable and had a calm, friendly manner. She provided ideas on how to tackle my specific work problems. The online format worked just as well as being in a classroom. In some aspects perhaps it was better, as you didn't have to worry about booking meeting rooms, or sitting in a good position in a classroom to make sure you can view the teacher's screen without obstructions.

Already knew a bit about coaching, so this was surprisingly helpful to spend time to consider it again.

Excellent course and Facilitator (Nicky), well explained and delivered. Very useful material, and I will definitely be putting these lessons to practice (might take me a while!).
