Unfortunately, I had to leave the session for a couple of hours, so I missed out on a big chunk of content. Still, I found it thought provoking and I will take a couple of tips away with me.

Found the course very useful, and the questionnaires were helpful to determine how well I listen and particularly my style under stress.

Ebeji was a brilliant trainer - she explained everything clearly and made sure that we understood each process before moving on. I learnt so much in just 90 minutes.

Absolutely amazing session The delivery was really good, everyone has different levels of understanding and work at different paces this was managed really well I am over the moon!

Another great course which was delivered at the right pace for the group with good differentiation for those who wanted a little more without leaving the rest of us behind. Thank you.
