Really great session - loved the balance of breakout rooms and the self study/pre-work was really interesting/useful

Really useful day, lots of food for thought and ideas that can be adapted and used.

Really helpful and insightful and good action points - how can I now use this is my role as a team leader. Reminded me of the importance to listen (actively) and that I don't need to come up with all the answers/solutions.
