There's a lot to cram in to a day like this, but Rachael did a great job of introducing some pretty big concepts, and giving us the chance to consider them in our own context. Lots to think about, and it works no mater what your previous experience, I think. I revisited stuff that I'd done before but not really thought about for a while.

The trainer was great. Well paced and the content was really useful and answered the needs of the attendees, including myself.
