The course was very helpful and covered all that I wanted to know. Daphne spent time on us as individuals in order to understand and assist with our queries. I was a little apprehensive with covering so much in 1 day, but the time flew by and I didn't feel too overwhelmed.

This was more of a refresher than a starter on SharePoint, but it did remind me of how much of a powerful tool this is.

Trainer was excellent. Course content was specific enough to be applicable in real terms. It was beneficial doing the course with colleagues, but with people and projects that were new. It made it easier to apply the 'rules' and training techniques as we were thinking within a sector, but the application was broad within that, allowing us to use it as suited us.
