Refreshed my thinking on approaches and have set myself a few challenges, thank you great day.
Really informative, had no idea there were so many options and that different styles/practices had a name, like Troika consult, conversation cafe, I had only really heard of wicked questions.
The facilitator explained complex concepts clearly and encouraged participation. The course provided a clear overview of key project management frameworks and terminology.
the opportunity to explore and try out /road test activities and seeing their benefit/impact . the Troika Consulting and spiral diagram to begin with was WAY more impactful than i was expecting, genuinely like - oh wow
Now it's up to me to keep play around with the data and visual tools to make the knowledge stay!
Great course and Rachael was a great presenter. Having MCS resources to review on the course was really useful . Breakouts rooms were really good to discuss real life practices and issues.

Personal understanding of myself and how this impacts the ability to be a leader and correlating this with tasks at work has been very tangible and the course has allowed me to do this.
