A very useful, interactive, well presented and informative course. I will try and take away some of the tools provided.

Excellent course, learnt lots of new things and went over a few things I had forgotten from another course. Gill is a great tutor.

All the sessions have been really great and informative. I have learned a lot as a manager. I really would like to delve more into coaching.

The course was really good and interesting I just need to put it into practice has I found it quite difficult but the manual provided is pretty comprehensive so with practice I should be well versed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the topics covered today and look forward to practising them The only thing that if adjusted would be great is if the drop out rooms times were extended

The training was a useful reminder of the excel tools. Christine was helpful and patient, taking the time to ensure everybody had successfully managed the task. In hindsight, I should have booked the intermediate training course. The pace was a little slow for me, but that's only because I had practiced most of what the training covered. Next time, I would definitely come in for a face to face session, as I feel this is more suitable given the content.

I feel the course was very helpful and well delivered. The trainer offered simplified instructions so you didn't feel overwhelmed or out of your depth.
