Great trainer. Very fun and inclusive. Pace was fast, but that is how we like it. Every technique was a practical takeaway that we could all use and I believe new to everyone.

It was a great course, learnt something new.

Despite there bein a lot of heavy topics to cover, the pace is appropriate and there is always time allowed for questions and elaborating, you don't feel pushed to the next step without being heard.

Natalie is doind a fantastic job of creating a safe space and encouraging participantion and validating views raised.

Sal was wonderful - very thorough with her explanations and was eager to help us if we had any issues throughout the course. She made sure to involve all participants and gave us the opportunity to share our screens and do the formulas ourselves rather than just have us watch! I wish all my courses were taught by Sal.

Paul is fantastic I think he really allows the team to speak in a safe space and learn from him, each other and themselves. There is loads to take away and it’s easy learning from him!

Got a lot of practical tips and advice out of today. Keen to try out the different techniques when relevant.
