What a fantastic day! I learned so much, far more than I thought I would, and feel much more confident in my facilitation skills going forward. Rachel was brilliant, a great model of effective facilitation.

Great exercises as ever, the day flew past and everyone contributed.

The course was excellent particularly as it was held online. The trainer used lots of different communication methods to get involvement and keep people engaged. I personally found it difficult to attend an all day training session online due to some delegates having camera's off and not being sure if they were there or not. I got screen fatigue and found it difficult to engage with the task as well as with the delegates and trainer during break out sessions. That said, I think that the course was delivered superbly as an online course and I can't identify any way this could be improved when using an online platform.

The tutor was very engaging. It was probably the best online course I have done and I didn't find myself drifting off!

I found the course to be really valuable. It was more in-depth than others i have been on, using physiology as an underpinning approach. In that respect I could see how our thoughts and opinion impact on behaviours which was very enlightening. Very thought provoking day. Thank you.

I learnt some very interesting ideas around how to use my voice and body language to convey important messages and how you can build trust when stating your experiences to others. It was great to finally see everyone at the Happy offices, which are so lovely and fun! Thank you for all of the lovely refreshments.

Excellent as I usually just make it upas I write. This will mean less time on drafts too.

Learned a lot of new things today in training. Darren was helpful in answering all questions clearly and gave time for participants to be guided through certain areas.

First class. Great course leader, good explanations, included everyone, checked everyone's comfort levels. Really first class!
