Great and really good feeling at the end

As a new starter within the team (4 days in!) this has helped me to feel more confident, to get to know fellow team members early on and to feel comfortable in asking for help where needed/collaborating.

Serena was a fantastic trainer, very good at asking everyone where they were and how they were getting on. Added some extra elements that were relevant for our organisation and I'm very happy to have gone on the course.

Covered alot of ground. Some very good ideas and approaches, will need time to process and integrate

It was great course and I really appreciate this.

Sal is a really effective trainer and the session was really interactive with plenty of opportunities to practice, which is the best way to learn. Even though it was an excellent session - I think having even more opportunities to practice each skill would be beneficial.

A really great course - I am so surprised how little I actually knew about Excel before! The instructor, Gill, was great - friendly and her light heartedness really helped the flow of the course.

I thought Rachael was a great trainer, she really involved us all an showed us thing that we had never thought about before this training. I have become more of a confident leader since this journey started and I am far happier for it to continue this way.

I really enjoyed the day and took away some real insight into how to process map, when this is appropriate and how to implement this within my team. I thought it was well pitched and paced and look forward to implementing my learning. The starter activity really helped and enabled the afternoon session to be more productive.
