This session was personally great for me! I got actual ideas to implement in my day to day work-both professionally and personally.

The training was excellent and catered for all learning types, having the PowerPoint on screen to watch, being talked through the process and having the printed booklet to keep and refer back to was great, they even provided a copy in large print for a colleague. The facilities were fantastic, I have mobility issues so the location close to the tube station was great, the building was accessible and the hot and cold drinks, snacks and lunch a nice touch and added bonus. I can't fault anything.

A really positive start to the course. I already sense that it will be very helpful and I like the way it is facilitated and organised.

The approach makes a lot of sense. And I think re-aligning on the purpose of the conversation (if things start going off track) is a good strategy. It is just easier said than done...

I'm looking forward to the rest of the course!
