Very informative day with lots of handy tips to take away and implement. The workspace has an inviting and friendly atmosphere. An overall great experience.
This was a fantastic course! I loved having a smaller group so we could all get incredibly involved and comfortable with one another. The trainer was very approachable and have incredible useful and practical feedback that we could use in other examples both in the course and beyond

I loved today’s session, I found it such an honest and open space to really unpack the tools that we went through. I enjoyed that they always had tangible steps so that they can be easily incorporated into everyday working.
Nicky’s training to date has been one of the highlights of my professional year as it has been so helpful and informative. Engaging all of the team without vilifying behaviour is so valuable, it allows us to be vulnerable but productive.
