Very useful training which needs a bit of practice
Really useful interactive course with plenty of comfort breaks and opportunities for note taking. Some great high level psychology science too.
The booklet doesn't quite follow the lesson plan in terms of content Vs slides.
I found useful to discuss techniques and tools to improve our conversation.
A really good two day session, learnt a lot. Keen to learn more skills and look where I can use the platform in my work.
