Good balance between sharing info, interaction in small groups, actions and resources. I also appreciated being fully involved through the structure but not being put on the spot.

I am really enjoying the course, it's good knowledge base for me to implement into my day to day work. Lots of information and learning different management style which I can take back into the workplace and to use in complete my assignments.

Really excellent day - we covered loads. The day was well managed and well paced, do despite the huge amount we covered it wasnt overwhelming

It exceeded my personal objectives today, as was unaware of how much more the system can do! It would have been good to have a little more time to play around with the system whilst being trained, but understand we are all short of time due to workload pressures at the moment.
