I have thoroughly enjoyed the training today and this is giving me a good insight to my future potential within leadership & management roles.
Paul was a very good facilitator - was good at involving everyone. smiley and seems to enjoy his work and really know his stuff. I think these are hard courses to do on line and he managed it very well. Overall it is a long time to spend on a zoom course as don't usually sit down for the whole day at screen and i do wonder whether the pace could be a little quicker.
very interesting lots of things to take away and do with my teams. going to invest in some of the books mentioned. fuse has lots of good information and videos.
very relaxed and easy explanation of the use of zoom. good ideas and discussion to take back and use in the workplace. good to connect and meet new people
Well run course with a good balance of introduction of new concepts and interaction amongst participants.
I could have done with the pre-learning material a bit sooner
Very well structured, packed with content. Think it needs to be a mandatory training course for all in the workplace as its an important aspect of getting along with people and understanding how to empower people to resolve their own problems.
Ben was a brilliant coach and I really enjoyed everything I learnt. I feel like I can take a lot away and I would definitely recommend other people to do the course!
