Very happy with the course, well structured and great trainer.

I actually really enjoyed today's session, and usually I do not like interactive sessions. The trainer really made me feel at ease and comfortable. There was the right amount of people in the session.

Good and engaging course, does not solve all your problems, issues and question, but again it is not meant to. Great starting point on a journey to coaching.

It was brilliant to get the team together and comfortable with being vulnerable. Nicky is a great facilitator who can adapt to the teams input and direction of the training.

Nicky was lovely, made it feel like a really safe and inclusive space that was accepting of all thoughts and comments. Thought provoking and eye opening. Would recommend
