Very interesting topics, and well presented. Moved slightly too fast as these were new concepts and takes time to understand and then try out, especially with them being back to back to back. Would be good to see the facilitators do a small working example of them as part of the learning, but understand that would take up some of the time.

Overall great course. There could have been a bit more time to introduce the liberating structures and identity what challenge we were discussion (it was sometimes hard to pick on one the spot). But appreciate that the fast pace keeps up the energy for the day and means we can do more structures!

Technology was not my friend, but despite that it was a fab course… thank you. Are there any other courses where you join in and facilitate some of the breakouts? Or is that something you could consider?

The insight this course provides is awakening and powerful. I am enjoying getting to meet other colleagues from Ealing, some I may not of had the chance to engage with prior to starting this training course. Asking myself if management is for me.

Lost a little bit when trying to follow just because my word was hanging so couldn't do all of the practical stuff.

I found the course and content very useful, though personally I find an entire day of training hard going, and my concentration toward the second half of both days wained a little. this is not a critisim of the intructor or the content, but I do feel four half days might be more effective than two full days.

I thought this particular day was very well structured, with time and space for small group learning and reflection being very useful

I would definitely come back to watch the recorded sessions. we discussed about many things all these 4 days.

Exceeded my expectations.
