Very good course which was flexible enough to help everyone. The trainer was very good at making the course interesting and relevant to everyone

The introduction to coaching was good - but while I understand the time constraints I found it heightened my anxiety not showing me a potential route for solutions. The course prep work felt distinct from the material on the day - did not naturally lead into coaching. The content is valuable - I regret not being able to attend a face to face course

Paul was very engaging and ensured we were all involved.
Christine broke things down, making them very simple to understand. There were enough interactive exercises that I could build my own confidence after watching her do one example and she was always happy to answer all questions, or pause if one of the group had an issue. A very big thank you for making excel seem much less scary!
