Pat was an amazing trainer! Thank you so much it was so informative but at a pace I could keep up with and I loved how every question was answered in detail in a way which meant no question was a bad question.

would have liked to see a few more coaching styles. but really liked learning a bit about this (scratching the surface) and how to include pre-approvals as a way to give responsibility.
