I thought leadership was either something you’re born with or not. So it was a amazing to learn how with time, effort and intent anyone can be a great leader
Paul was a great trainer and personalised his responses to things that we brought up at the beginning and during the session. He really listened to what we would bring up and then focused the following sessions around that. I feel I have enjoyed the day but also gone away with tools and resources to use in my daily life.
