I didn't attend this session in person but I did work with my buddy to gather the information, resources and homework from the session and found that the session was all about the 'theory of change' and how to apply it in a work context to inprove your relationships, outcomes and results.

Sal was a great trainer, very involving and engaging. Held a strong meeting by ensuring each attendee had their own participation.

Sal was excellent. Really involving everyone and that's not easy via Zoom. I feel I absorbed quite a bit of what we did, giving me a better understanding of how excel can be more useful for me.
