The whole environment of the building was very bright and welcoming along with the staff. The equipments in the room was good. The refreshments are very welcoming with the variety of choices during the break times. The tempreture in the building was good. The toilets are nice and clean. The training manuel is handy to keep.

Everyone was allowed to put their points across, it felt like no one was left out and everyone was engaged.

The instructor was friendly and approachable, and everything was clear. I now feel confident to create pivot tables and understand their applications.

The trainer catered to our different levels.

The trainer was spot-on I am dyslexic, so taking things very slowly and ensuring I was on track every step of the way was really useful. Also, checking I had done each task before moving forward was great for embedding the learning.

overall good I am just not the best with excel so things will take me a bit longer and the attached pdf manual will be helpful to practice.

I feel that this session should have been run 2 weeks ago. I felt that a lot of the group really started to question what they have previously been done.

Sal is excellent. I was lucky enough to have a one-to-one training session so it was especially tailored to my needs and gave me some very practical things to implement into my day-to-day work. I am very pleased with that.

This has been a valuable session today, with a lot more clarity on how to complete the assignment re structure. Also how to upload into OneFile.
