Excellent course, really enjoyed every day. Also the group was very interactive and offered a lot of learning experiences
I was nervous at first as felt I was a very junior leader compared to others but it has been very informative and given me a lot of confidence and new skills to take forward. Paul is great at getting everyone involved.
I thought it was an excellent course, it had a number of very useful resources and videos which inspired my thinking into ways in which to develop and support my leadership skills
