Marwa was amazing! She had fantastic energy, and the examples she gave really helped underline the learning. I found the NVC concepts both simple and complex at the same time and thought this was really well handled. I feel really refreshed and ready to put this approach into action. Thank you!

Great day. Found some sections a bit tricky to relate to as I am purely a clinical leader with very little project management input, maybe some food for thought about getting involved in some projects as clinical caseloads allows.
