Stephen led the session brilliantly, I liked his relaxed approach and that it didn't feel forced. I learnt a lot about my colleagues and about myself. It was nice to learn what colleagues have the same relaxed and under pressure tendencies as myself because you often feel like the only one!

Very good course. I wanted some practical and actionable tips and that's what I got. I liked the fact that, despite it being an 'interactive' course, we were never put on the spot or felt awkward. I think using the '1 2 4 all' method helps with this and wish more course providers would use that!

Gill was a wonderful tutor radiating patience and passion for what she does. She made the experience of Excel, which was previously uncertain and even intimidating, enjoyable and exciting. Despite our group's occasional lack of immediate interaction, she remained steadfast and determined without ever coming across as pushy or overbearing. I couldn't have dreamt of a better person to guide me through the humble beginnings of a professional journey with Excel. Thank you!

This was a great learning experience. Gill was amazing, her teaching was very clear and she gave us plenty of time to practice and raise questions throughout the session. I would recommend this course to anyone wishing to raise their confidence with Excel.
