I liked how Paul gave us all the opportunity to just sit and reflect and take notes for a minute after each section. So I knew where I was and wasn't rushing to keep up. Overall it was helpful and empowering to see that I mostly know how to improve time efficiency etc, it's just about implementing it. Knowing that half the population struggles with this is helpful, as is the advice to take things one tiny step at a time.

Thought Paul involved us very well and created a very comfortable environment. The training was structured and clear in terms of the why.

I found the course very useful and learnt some new ways of using Copilot. It could possibly be run over a longer period of time as it felt rushed in some of the activities.

A better insight into managing tasks, sharing of ideas and a reflection on not overthinking. An opportunity to take a step back and examine my own techniques and other approaches I could be using to manage my workload which I will be implementing to experiment.

The facilitator was really good and made sure to include all of us in the session. I did have an issue with pacing however as for me it was quite slow and I felt it did not need to be 3.5 hours long. A lot of the stuff being taught was included in the more general SharePoint training and as I was told I needed that before coming onto the SuperUser training, it felt slightly tedious.

Great bite sized course that was relevant to beginners and those who had already used it.

It was a very helpful course and Paul was great and ensured we all left having covered everything we wanted to cover/talk about

A very knowledgeable and approachable facilitator who was very able to answer all our questions, despite technical issues beyond his control.

Really great informal training session and have come away with useful knowledge to put into practice
