I am extremely happy with the training I received today. The day went so well because Edmund was very thoughtful and broke down each step in a way that I would understand. I am now more confident to use excel and understand how useful knowing how to navigate excel is for ,y career development.

Edmund was a great facilitator! It was great that we were a small group so he could give us extra help with our own real life questions. The course covered a lot but in a manageable way. It was good to have so many breaks scheduled

Really helpful and quite easy to follow

I think if we had been made aware that we would be asked to share our inboxes it would have made it easier for Sal- as we could have prepared for that however many of us had sensitive material so couldn't share. It is maybe a course for a larger company than ours? So maybe some discussion with our HR about our company beforehand?

I had a really lovely day and it was great to meet the rest of the group. It really helped to settle the anxieties that I have about completing this qualification.

Great session with plenty of time to ask questions and go through anything we were unsure of, but still kept to time and didn't feel like it dragged at all.
