Fantastic course, it was very insightful to learn the differences between mentoring and coaching.

I hadn't realised that there wouldn't be much time for formulae however we learnt things I didn't realise would be included but that would really improve my way of using excel. Good pace from the trainer and really patient.

The course surpassed my objectives - in that, although it was level one, it was still more advanced than my perceived ability. It has given me more confidence and skill.

I really enjoyed the Happy leadership course. The booklets are SOO useful for referring back. The pace, content and length of the course was perfect and I really enjoyed it being in person. I would have loved maybe one more day to do a deep dive on coaching techniques and practice this more.
