I did like that everyone was encouraged to participate but I also felt it would be nice to volunteer ourselves on certain areas rather than the person speaking always being chosen by the facilitator

The course was very engaging. Learnt a lot about myself and it was great to interact with other leaders and realise i am not alone in my thinking.

Im enjoying so far, enjoying meeting other people, everyone seems really engaged. I'm already feeling challenged and invigorated , full of ideas , which is what i needed as i felt in a bit of a rut.

Facilitator was engaging, a good listener, captivating and inclusive amongst many more attributes. A very insightful day, liked the vast diversity of attendees gave me confidence to see others who have been leaders for a while on the course. I thought it was going to be novices only but the mix was liberating. Goes to show we learn every day and it doesn’t matter what stage you are at in your career, you can add on to your experience or enhance it.

Good recapping and adding to my knowledge on these topics - my challenge for myself is to not put this into action, be brave and test in real life and reflected and build

Very helpful session about Portfolio, Evidence, Interview, timescales etc.

It's only day 1 so it's early to give reflections overall but so far it has been interesting and I have enjoyed the pace and the set up of breakout discussions.

Really enjoyed the opportunity to discuss and network and share ideas and thoughts about what we were learning/discussing

There is a lot to take in and the tutor did move at a quick pace but asked if we were resdy to move on so they sought agreement which was very good.

I didn't attend this session in person but I did work with my buddy to gather the information, resources and homework from the session and found that the session was all about the 'theory of change' and how to apply it in a work context to inprove your relationships, outcomes and results.
