Great facilitor

Paul is an excellent trainer, jumped in to the training and understood the group dynamics of the new team and what was required.

Great session, I feel like I should have gone to level 2 as I was aware of most things already, but it was good to have a refresher

Overall great training - Sal is very engaging and speaks clearly when explaining. Checks in with students and is generally positive!

I really enjoyed today, very good course, good pace all round very positive experience. All I now need to do is put into practise the skills I've learned today.
