I always come a way with a practical framework for how to deal with difficult conversations. I'm also finding this course helpful for how I relate to other people

Thoroughly enjoyed workshop 2. I've done quite a lot of leadership courses / study days over the past 8 years and HAPPY is by far the most enjoyable, useful and thought provoking. I wish there were more workshops / that they're more frequent (every 6-8 weeks).
