Great AI intro course and practical exercises

I thought Jo was absolutely excellent. She created a friendly environment and encouraged us to talk things through properly with my fellow coaches. I thought I might struggle a bit (although I am not shy) but I found myself opening up easily and listening to people's issues. The effect of listening helps you formulate solutions, so you can coach/lead your team in that direction without actually telling them what to do. I am so pleased I attended the course

I thought the course was great. I really enjoyed it. Facilitator was great - involved everyone but not in an intrusive way. I don't usually like to actively participate but today found myself contributing. It was a really useful course which I will recommend to others in my workplace and which I hope to take part in another follow-on session.

Overall Good and informative.

Focusing on the Circle of Influence improves productivity – Concentrating on what we can control reduces stress and increases effectiveness. Resilience is built through mindset and action – Staying positive, adaptable, and solution-focused helps overcome challenges.

Overall it was a great experience that has given me more confidence to using coaching techniques at work. Jo was excellent in terms of fostering an open and collaborative session.

The course was very interactive which was great so you were able to practice in real time.Course tutor made sure that she gave time to everyone and if unsure was able to ask her to go through a particular topic again

This was a very engaging session and I really enjoyed how Rachael got everyone to contribute and really think about how what we were discussing relates to their own practice and projects.
