I find it hard to concentrate when a member of the class is so rude and obnoxious, from the moment she walked in late and refused to apologise up to not presenting to the class and speaking with her back to the room. The answering of the phone and swearing down the phone was the nail in the coffin. This needs to be addressed as it is having a negative o Impact on my experience and what I take out of the session.

I found today more helpful personally than yesterday as there were more frameworks and tools that I felt I could apply to my work which was more what I was looking for. A lot of time yesterday was spent on what makes a good manager which is obviously important but I felt that I knew that and what I wanted more of was how to actually do/be that, which is what today covered

Happy with session one. It started at quite a basic level, but then progressed on to more advanced topics, which I preferred.
