Overall very good and inside full changes my perspective
The course provided a thorough understanding of basics and essentials, I enjoyed being able to try every activity on my own laptop and save for future reference. I felt like the content could have been tailored more to our business for relevancy.
Really pleased with the course content and delivery in general, and feel I got a lot out of it. We did start quite late (about 45 mins) but the facilitator did explain the reasons which sounded unavoidable. I personally felt there was a little too much time spent designing our own document after lunch - I would have rather carried on going through the content.
Everyone here was very friendly, good facilities. The course was easy to follow and took us right back to basics which made it simple to understand. Pat made sure that he knew what we individually wanted to get out of the course and was very helpful. Ice cream was a nice touch!
