With lots to fit in over the day it felt as though the morning got off to a slow start. Unfortunately as we have been using O365 for eight months and are only just getting the training some of us have bad habits or been muddling through so perhaps being even better briefed on our our use of OneDrive ahead of time would have helped save time in the morning.

Thinking of doing the next level and the class was very helpful in refreshing my excel knowledge.

Useful course, picked up some top tips to take away on using office 365 going forward

The trainer was excellent and the course was very helpful. We did not have formal training previously and all used the programme slightly differently from each other. I think this was very important to us understanding how to use the programme online via app vs on our file system. The pace of the morning was good but perhaps just sharing more practical info before lunch would make the afternoon less rushed.

Having unofficially been a trainer on similar course and communications lecturer I was familiar with some of stock material which would benefit from being tailored further to Parliament

I really appreciated the positivity in this course and though there were some aspects that I found quite challenging, it's been great to take part.

Course wasn't long enough to cover the topics I was particularly interested in - not the Facilitator's fault. Discovered some handy tips to enhance the functions/techniques I'm already using.
