Great course, my role is very reactive so unable to incorporate many of the ideas but gave me a greater understanding of how my colleagues manage their workload

Would like to discuss continuous improvement in more detail as it is aimed at LSS, I thought there would be more discussion on change cycles. It also mentioned we would move around, we sat in the workshop room all day.
