One of the best courses I have attended. Isobel was fantastic and she has a natural ability to connect with everyone in the room at different levels and bring them into the audience - this is an amazing skill set. To see everyone engaging in such a brilliant way was so rewarding. This is an already close team, but actually you have made them all think about what it is that they need to prioritise and how to connect in a different way. But this is only the start and there were some learnings for me around Customer Service and most importantly helping the team to cope with the challenges each day and "to let go of any burden" - thank you Isobel a great course

Sal was amazing as a tutor. I felt really relaxed and the pace was great. Usually I shy away from interactive learning situations but Sal made a positive atmosphere were I felt welcome and I really enjoyed the session. THANK YOU!
