Good course content. Enthusiastic trainer and lots of good examples and stories. Would have liked a bit more time to talk around some subjects, but due to online format there was less time available. Internet issues for the host took a bit of time out as well, but understand there's things out of your control

Although I found the breakout activities difficult this was because it was something I'm not used to doing. I have taken a lot from these though and it's all about being prepared and using the points discussed to have structure to conversations and boundaries.

I really enjoyed the course, it was thought-provoking and interesting. It was pitched at a good level to prompt thought and debate. There were lots of take aways that would be easy to start and would be impactful on my team.

Excellent course; I think the first 1.5 hour session was probably too basic for me as I am used to making up PP presentations I just don't know how to use the various tools to make them more interesting than just text only. The 3rd session offered the most value for me and was really useful. The approach to learning the different tools and techniques through revising the Visit London template was engaging and creative.

The trainer was good, the pace was a little slow but you have to go with the pace of the whole group. Thank you.

The course started and I realised some of the info was a bit basic for my knowledge - I use Powerpoint already but wanted to improve. I dropped out of the first 90 minutes and rejoined after the first coffee break. Sal was a really great tutor - very patient and kind. Her way of explaining things made it easy to understand and I've learnt lots of new tips and tricks. Thanks!

Very interactive. Interesting conversations and exploring of models. You obviously know your subject very well and instil confidence in encouraging us to use the skills we're learning.

I feel there has been a perfect balance between sharing of information, interactions and practice. I had anticipated a different type of training that focused more on the broad responsibilities expected of a line manager in the organisation I work for and although I am really happy to benefit from this course, it is not immediately obvious to me yet how I will put my learning into practice but I suspect that I will overtime.
