Lost a star because of the last minute changes to timings and missing half a session because I was unable to cancel clinic. The Preston networking event was excellent but missed most others due to last minute changes.

Well structured and great trainer. I didn't realise there was a Google Sheets session as that would've been more relevant to my work. A 'next steps' guide would be great to take this further but I understand that will probably be covered in level 3!

I think the topics covered were immensely helpful and I’ll definitely be using the content to improve my role as a manager, but felt that the same content could haves been covered in one day rather than two. There were a lot of tangents into stories and experiences that while a few would give context, to many were distracting and often unnecessary
