This was a very helpful day. Different leadership roles and styles that can be adapted to difference scenarios. Listening is a big part of it all. Pre-approval is a good concept that I would like to try. I've received coaching but actually this is a good way also to engage the team to work out their own solutions.

nice to work with the same facilitator and group - forming these relationships and sharing stories and experience whilst learning new things is very helpful. i just wish we did more of this in the nhs...

Great session

i find it really hard to learn from pre recorded videos so my preference would be we dont include these especially as it went at a pace i couldn't keep up with "the Eclipse video" Pauls style is really encouraging and fair that allows all to have a voice and be heard. He also feels genuine in his approach which validates the methods used

I'm learning stuff that is helping me to increase my confidence in what I do.
