Nicky has created a really open space to allow us all to share and discuss sometimes challenging topics. Not an easy thing to do online!

Facilitator makes the sessions very interactive and it makes the learning experience really good. He is approachable and easy to speak to and makes the learning a lot easier.

Gill was a fantastic trainer and very supportive and friendly. She managed to answer our questions and even went above and beyond and researched bits during breaks to answer follow-up questions we had. I would attend more courses led by her in a heartbeat :)
